The Recipe:

Chicken + Rice + Vegetables

Ingredients:
Rice (amount up to u)
Chicken (2x Thighs)
Garlic (2x Cloves)
Spinach (~100g)
Frozen Vegetable Mix (amount to your liking)
Spring Onions (2x)
White Vinager (one spoon)
Oil (not too much)
Soy Sauce (two spoons)
Fish Sauce (one spoon)
White Pepper (one spoon)

   Optional (but recommended)
   Dried Chili (i use 3)
   Kecap Manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce, 2 spoons of sugar can be used as an alternative)
   Dried Parsley (2 spoons)
   Dried Basil (2 spoons)


Steps:

Chicken
1. Cut the chicken into smaller chunks (to cook faster)
2. Heat up oil in frying pan
3. cut up the Garlic and start cooking in pan along with frozen vegetables + dried chili
4. 2 Minutes ⏳
5. Add the chicken, along with the fish sauce, soy sauce
6. Season with white pepper, Dried Parsley, and Dried Basil (fresh basil is also nice if available)
7. 6 Minutes ⏳
8. Add the Spinach and mix until the spinach gets all small
9. Add chopped up spring onions & marinate in Kecap Manis
10. Cook until done ⏳
11. done.

Rice
1. Wash the rice
2. Before cooking, mix with frozen vegetables & White Vinegar
3. Cook it.
4. that is all.
